By commissioning me you agree to all terms listed below.
Terms of Service are subject to change.
Latest update: Aug 7th 2021Emotes and badges designed by me are not to be used commercially. If you'd like to use your design outside of it's main purpose, e.g. on merch, let me know the details & we'll discuss the additional fee.Emotes can be used on Twitch, Discord & BTTV.I have the right to decline your commision request.Turn around time will vary depending on other commissions, my current full time work schedule and the size of your commission.I will only start working on the commission once I have received the payment.I have the right to cancel/reschedule your commission at any given time. If I cancel or the new schedule doesn't work for you, you will be fully refunded.If you decide to cancel your commission before I have started working on it, you will be fully refunded.Adjustments are only possible during the sketching phase. Additional fees will incur if the sketch needs to be fully redrawn. When the emote/badge is finished, I can only do minor adjustments (e.g. some colour change).I retain the right to post the work to my portfolio and any other site, including Twitch streams and YouTube process recordings. This includes any reference material provided, unless you specifically ask for it to be excluded.By default, emotes and badges are provided in the biggest sizes accepted by Twitch (112px & 72px respectively).I do not take responsibility for Twitch rejecting any commissioned designs.You can have your emotes animated by another artist.
